Jeffrey Hagan
Jeffrey Hagan has been in the fencing and decking industry since the late ’90s and feels he is very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with such an amazing company and sales staff. He is originally from New York, but has been living in Maryland since graduating from Salisbury University. He now resides in Millersville, MD with his wife, two daughters, and two dogs. When he is not working, he is usually rooting for the Ravens or trying to sneak away to the golf course.
John came to Fence & Deck Connection in 2017 having been a client for over 25 years as an Irrigation and Landscape Designer focusing on Builders and Site Development projects.
Having worked side by side with Fence & Deck Connection on so many occasions provided insight into the great people, solid processes, and creative designs F&D is uniquely qualified to provide and made joining the F&D Team an easy choice.
John’s special talent is creating relationships that last, building trust through understanding the details of design, open communications, and finding creative solutions.

A lifelong Crofton resident, John is married 35 years to Jackie (Iley) of Severna Park, and welcomed their first grandkid in 2020. John also supports Jackie’s custom jewelry business, and is actively restoring a 1957 AC Aceca. Since their son and his wife both work for Southwest Airlines, they love to take weekend trips in search of the perfect beach and visit their kids in Texas.

Gillian Hewitt
Gillian Hewitt, with a substantial background in customer service, transitioned to Fence & Deck Connection in 2010, initially assuming a similar role. By 2012, she had ascended to the position of material sales. Whether you’re in need of a straightforward post cap or a complete fence materials package, Gillian is enthusiastic about assisting you!
Outside of the professional realm, Gillian dedicates her time to cherishing moments with her son, Hudson. Additionally, she actively supports causes dear to her heart, namely breast cancer and juvenile diabetes research.
